We collect only what you voluntarily give us:
We do not collect your IP address, location, device info, or any data from casual site visitors.
Email addresses submitted with a vibe suggestion are used only to notify you when your suggestion has been reviewed and approved.
Uploader usernames are stored with track records for internal administration purposes only.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third party. Mailgun (our email provider) receives your email address only to deliver approval notifications, and their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Pirate.fm does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of persistent browser storage for analytics or advertising purposes.
Suggestion submissions (including optional email addresses) are retained until you request deletion or until the suggestion is removed from the system.
Track uploader data is retained as long as the track remains in the library.
You have the right to request deletion of any data we hold about you. To request removal of your email address from our suggestion system, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
If you receive a notification email from us and no longer wish to, simply reply and let us know or contact us and we will remove your address from future notifications.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
